No...An iPad can't replace you, but it CAN give you an advantage!

Technology is never going to replace the personal contact and care that is integral in buildingiPad for real estate trust and relationship in the real estate business. It can, however, help in so many ways!

Everything is moving oh so fast these days....Today’s consumers expectations have never been higher and the agents that are going to thrive in the coming years are those who have embraced the tools and systems that gain the consumer’s confidence and help with their own efficiency & effectiveness. Sadly, the 2012 J.D. Power Homebuying and Selling Satisfaction Survey shows consumers are LESS satisfied with us these days. Have you embraced moving to a paperless, mobile environment? Or is your iPad a tool that isn’t being leveraged to give you an advantage?

I am always exploring and learning just like you. A few years ago, I met Krisstina Wiseand her partner Kelly White from The GoodLife Team at Bernice Ross’s Awesome Women in Real Estate Conference (AFIRE). They were just building what has become one of the most progressive real estate offices in the country and I was inspired by the vision they shared. It wasn’t just about building a remarkable business, but about actually changing the way real estate agents were perceived by the public. I know, since you are a subscriber to this newsletter, you have high standards as well, so, today, I want to share how you can take advantage of the knowledge and research they have done as working Realtors®!

The public is learning what they can expect from a Realtor® who knows how to use their technology tools. This week, they appeared on the front page of USA Today andApple recently did a profile on how they are using their iPads.

I am very excited that this month’s Fossland’s Forum will be a webinar:

"The Paperless Agent: iPad for Real Estate with Krisstina and Garry Wise"

Thursday, August 30, 2012 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT
Register Now to learn for free how to use your iPad effectively
(or maybe learn why you want to buy one!)

They’ll show you exactly what apps they use and how they work with buyers and sellers.

If you’ve wondered how to turn your business into a mobile, paperless entity, this webinar will equip you with the knowledge you need to be the Realtor your clients are wanting.

You'd also be smart to sign up for free Coffee with Krisstina chats (webinars) that include interviews with industry & thought leaders. Plus when you subscribe, you’ll also get her newsletter and blog. I am blown away by how generously they share their methods!

I recently purchased their iPad Series so I could learn everything at my pace and take little bites, instead of trying to digest it all at once.....It makes sense to me to let someone else go through the learning curve and then use their research so I don't have to do it myself!!! I know doing those sorts of things aren't the highest and best use of my time!!! How about you?

And, if you are really ready to raise the bar, 100 fortunate people will be attendingREiNVENTION in Austin with Krisstina and learn live and in person how to transform their businesses. I’ll be there... will you? I hope so. I know it is filling quickly!
